Athens Community Council on Aging; GeorgiaCares Program provides free help to Medicare beneficiaries as they & their families sort through the complexities of Medicare and related health insurance concerns.              Jessica Bankston, GeorgiaCares Coordinator 706-549-4850  jbankston@accaging.org  http://www.accaging.org/georgiacares.php

A Place for Mom is the nations' largest FREE elder care referral service assisting families in finding a variety of senior care resources.  If you need to help a family find the perfect place for their mom and assist the family in finding all the resources that may be available to them (for example there is a benefit for retired career military widow's that will subsidize ($700 - $1300/month) in addition to their Social Security to pay for assisted living.) Mary Stribling, Eldercare Specialist 888-505-5454  mary@aplaceformom.com   www.aplaceformom.com

GreenFaith  GreenFaith partners with churches to develop a 'recycling' program.  GreenFaith understands that for the religious community to make a difference for the environment, religious institutions and individuals must live out the value of stewardship in everyday action steps.  To this end, we provide a variety of tools and resources to help houses of worship, faith-based schools and other religious institutions undertake environmental work.   Rev. Fletcher Harper, Exec Director. 732-565-7740  http://greenfaith.org/getting-started/houses-of-worship.

International Parish Nurse Resource Center  Since 1986, the IPNRC has worked with nurses and communities as they explore ways to incorporate parish nursing into their faith tradition. Its staff continues to be available for consultation, education, exchange of ideas, and support of those interested in implementing a program.  http://www.parishnurses.org/Home_1.aspx
